Forma Viva is an established jewellery retailer. For nearly four decades, our dedicated team of experts has been servicing the needs of South African consumers providing a quality selection of affordable jewellery and a broad range of exciting watch brands.

From our first small store in the Johannesburg CBD we’ve grown to 15 stores nationwide located in some of the best shopping malls in the country.

All products are sourced through the most reputable factories and manufacturers both locally and abroad. Forma Viva is a professional member of both the Jewellery Council of South Africa and the Jewellery Association of South Africa. In addition, we make use of internationally accredited laboratories when certifying stones. Your peace of mind is our top priority.

Shareholding Structure

The largest shareholder, Guma Group of Companies (formerly Gijima Group) is a hands-on investment and entrepreneurial business that is black-owned and managed. Founded in 1996 by well-known Mpumalanga businessman, Robert Matana Gumede, Guma focuses on multi-faceted businesses where it can add value and enhance growth potential. Other group interests include GijimaAst, listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange.
